The Faculty of Humanities and Foreign Languages covers all liberal arts within the university. It consists of departments and research institutions as follows: Law Department, Chinese Department, English Department, Japanese Department, Foreign Languages Teaching Department, Comprehensive Experiment Centre, Law Research Institute, Linguistics and Literature Institute, Chinese Thoughts and Culture Institute, Corporate Economy Institute and Human Resources Institute. It has 1 programs for master's degree and 2 programs for bachelor's degree.
